- No price increase for 2024 Season.
- All pricing will stay the same and we are now offering the convenience of month-to-month payments. Instead of a lump sum upfront, you can spread your payments over 12 months. Watch the video to learn more.
- We're ecstatic to let you know Frankie Griem will continue to be the Community Manager – your go-to person on site to help with your accommodations and reservations.

We have a variety of modes of communication including our new phone number to

Where will we receive updates on any changes?
Most of our updates will be through Facebook and email, so if you aren’t receiving our
communications, please visit ww.HickoryGroveRVParkOH.com and click on “Existing Guests” at the top navigation bar. Then, complete the “Information Request” form at the bottom
of the page to provide us with your most relevant information.
Will there be a price increase under new management?
No. :) This season will enjoy the current, promised rate for the 2024 season. If you want
a breakdown of those rates, visit our pricing page and reach out to our team to reserve a
spot for you and your family today.
We are now offering easy, month-to-month payments. What this means is, instead of
paying a one-time upfront payment, you can now break down over 12 payments. These
12-payments include your reserved site, storage outside of the season, and all amenities
the park has to offer.

To accommodate the new 2024 seasonal rate, we are now offering easy, monthly
payments. What this means is, instead of paying a one-time upfront payment, you can
now break down over 12 payments. These 12-payments include your reserved site, storage
outside of the season, and all amenities the park has to offer.
What are the new features and improvements I can expect?
When it comes to amenities, we're freshening things up, but rest assured, the heart of
our community stays the same. The private lake, beach area, fishing dock, playground –
and all the spaces you cherish are here for you to enjoy. We’re bringing improvements
that add to the charm of our community and would love your feedback on what
advancements and amenities you would like to see in the park. Stay tuned for a survey –
since you know the park best, we’d like to work together to provide a community on the
advances you would like to see! These improvements are designed to enhance your
comfort and experience at our park. We’ll be working on other updates as well so be sure
we have your current contact information, and you follow us on Facebook to stay in the
loop.

How do I update my contact details to receive updates?
To update your contact details, please visit our website and fill out the “Information
Request” form. Alternatively, you can call or text us at our new number, or email us
directly.
How do I make payments starting June 1st, 2024?
You will receive an email when your next payment is due. And if you opt in for text
message communications, you can also get a notification for upcoming payments
through text and email. In the message, you’ll have a personalized link that will allow you
to pay online and set up automatic payments.
When will we be able to meet our manager?
We're ecstatic to let you know Frankie and Loren will continue to be the Community
Manager and Maintenance – your go-to people on site to help with your
accommodations, reservations, and events.
Do we have an age requirement for the camper?
Yes, at Hickory Grove RV Park, we maintain a standard for the RVs in our park to
ensure a quality experience for all our guests. Campers or RVs must be from the year 2005
or newer. This policy helps us maintain a certain aesthetic and safety standard within the
community. If you have an older model and believe it is in exceptional condition, please
contact us for a possible exemption.

Hickory Grove RV Park is now proudly managed by a dedicated team based out of
Nashville, TN who are committed to enhancing your experience at the park. Our focus is
on community, quality, and creating memorable experiences. While there has been a
change in management and ownership, our priority remains the same – ensuring a
welcoming and enjoyable environment for all our guests.
